This course will develop your knowledge and skills in core areas of human resource management (HRM) to help you start or further your career as an HR professional. The course will also enhance your expertise in professional activities related to employee resourcing, employee development, employment relations and employment law. You will gain experience in practical problem solving informed by leading edge theory and research.
Please note that this is a fully asynchronous online programme, i.e in order to provide maximum flexibility to students on different work patterns and in different time zones there are no live (synchronous) online lectures. Learning is delivered through pre-recorded learning sessions and a variety of other asynchronous online learning methods which students can engage with at their convenience within the structure of each module. There are regular opportunities to chat with tutors and fellow students through online chat forums and other collaborative online learning activities.
