Overview
Brunel University London takes its name from the Victorian engineer Isambard Kingdom Brunel. The history of Brunel dates back to 1798, with the founding of a school for poor boys. In 1966, Brunel college of advanced technology was awarded royal charter and became Brunel University.
Brunel University London is a public research university with three academic colleges.

Online Learning
Brunel has developed a modern, clean online learning experience built on the Canvas LMS platform. The university has invested in studio quality lectures and recorded resources accessible via PC and smartphone with a focus on collaborative learning. Students participate in tutor-led discussions and forums throughout the course.
Students can log in to Brunel’s library from within Canvas to access digital copies of the course books. Each unit has the references and reading list clearly signposted. The modules can also be downloaded as PDF to work through when offline. The platform provides a postgraduate-level learning environment where students collaboratively share and challenge their findings and learnings.

In general, a 2:2 (or above) UK Honours degree or equivalent internationally recognised qualification. However, confirm your eligibility by contacting the university.

- Pearson: 58 (51 in all subscores)
- BrunELT: 65% (min 60% in all areas)
- TOEFL: 92 (min 20 in all)
- Duolingo English: 115 overall (minimum 100 in each sub-score)
