The ultimate goal of the OTHM Level 4 Diploma in Education and Training is to assist learners in developing an understanding of theory and practice in education that supports their roles in education.

They will have the opportunity to learn about current and future concerns confronting policymakers and professionals in their own country. This will equip you with the knowledge you need to be an effective educator. The units work both theoretically and practically to support and develop education professionals’ knowledge and skills in various areas, including successful performance, planning, and accountability, as well as the formation and functioning of teams.
