This course provides a hands-on and practical approach to innovation
management. A results-oriented course, it delivers an overview of the whole innovation process, from idea
origination, through to designing and launching an innovation
implementation and management plan.

The course will be split into three sections:

  • Stage One: Contexts and Possibilities
    • Selecting areas for innovation (and selecting your personal project)
    • Context and Stakeholder analysis
  • Stage Two: Developing an Innovation Project
    • Setting the objectives for an innovation project
    • Understanding the innovation application paths
    • Planning innovation strategies, processes and workshops
    • Elaborating the content of the processes and workshops
  • Stage Three: Output and Delivery
    • Writing the backbone of an innovation management plan
    • Delivering the innovation management plan
