The principal aims of this part-time online programme are to encourage professionals working in legal, business, further and higher education sectors to continue their professional development as Business Professionals working in Higher Education settings. Our emphasis is on providing a highly flexible and collaborative approach to enhancing the career of those working in support departments, such as registry, assessments, recruitment and more areas with the university infrastructure.
This programme is conducted purely online with high-quality, experienced and dedicated supervision, giving maximum flexibility whilst maintaining a critical creative approach to learning.
Students are required to possess an undergraduate degree in any discipline or equivalent. Students should possess a minimum of 6 months professional experience in developing other people evidenced through teaching/curriculum delivery, training and development or coaching.
International: An English Language level equivalent to IELTS 6.5 with a minimum of 6.5 in each component.
