Diploma in Law (Level 4 and Level 5 – 240 Credits)

Course Details

Each module consists of approximately 40 guided learning hours of material with an additional 30-50 hours of optional learning material. These materials comprise recommended exercises, recommended readings and internet resources.

Level 5 Diploma in Law Module Listing:

1. Company Law and Corporate Governance
2. Employment Law
3. International Business Law
4. Land Law
5. Tort Law
6. Legal Research Methods and Professional Skills

The OTHM Level 4/5 Diploma in Law requires 6 written assignments to complete the Level 4 Diploma in Law and 6 written assignments to complete the Level 5 diploma in Law. The assignments are approximately 2,000-3,000 words each.

Entry Requirements

To enrol onto the Level 4 course, you must be at least 18 and have a full secondary education. Before enrolling onto the Level 5 course, you must have attained a Level 4 or equivalent.

Fees

The fee for enrolling onto the level 4 and level 5 courses together is £2600*. Alternatively students can enrol onto a single level (level 4 or 5) for £1900 each.
