The MSc (dissertation stage) is only available to those who have completed the Cardiff University Postgraduate Diploma in Neonatal Medicine (not more than three years prior to the date you are applying to start the MSc).
After the Postgraduate Diploma, the MSc stage lasts for another academic year, for a total of three academic years for the entire MSc. This stage involves a 20,000-word paper worth 60 credits at Level 7 in order to complete the MSc programme, which requires a total of 180 credits at Level 7 (including 120 credits from the Postgraduate Diploma).
