The program’s goal is to provide you with the skills and experience you need to make the transition from philosophy to clinical practice. It assembles a set of basic knowledge in an e-learning environment, with a focus on general surgical concepts rather than the treatment of particular conditions.
The multifaceted essence of surgical patient care is assessed from an evidence-based perspective. Teaching takes into account the entire surgical patient’s experience, from induction and preoperative treatment to postoperative treatment and discharge.
Professional topics are also addressed, such as health governance and inter-professional practice. Assessments are designed to help you assess a subject in light of your practice interests and professional background.
